Cornwall County Council- Food and Cornwall Learning History

For more information about Learning Histories, see;  What is a Learning History?

Cornwall County Council; The Food and Cornwall Programme. My role was to research and produce the Learning History report for this ambitious programme whose aim was to ensure; ‘no-one in Cornwall goes hungry’. The brief included rounds of interviews with professionals from the local accountable bodies, local business leaders, ‘celebrity chefs’ and users of and organisers of food banks. I was then required to collate this data within a Learning History format for publication. It can be found here;

An additional feature of my research was creating a prezi presentation; providing a multimedia overview of the Food and Cornwall programme. The prezi incorporates a variety of interview materials that I collected during my research. It was presented at the Food and Cornwall conference.
